The St. Louis Equity in Entrepreneurship Collective (STLEEC), a cross-sector collaborative that advocates for equity – primarily related to race and gender – and fosters system-level change within the St. Louis entrepreneur community, has opened applications for its E3 St. Louis Leadership Institute (E3).

Facilitated by Forward Cities (https://forwardcities.org/) President and CEO, Fay Horwitt, E3 is designed for corporate, civic, philanthropic, and startup leaders who play an active role in advancing the inclusivity of the community’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. E3 Institute will welcome a second cohort in its next two-part session September 23 and October 7 this year. Registration is now open (https://www.stlequitycollective.org/e3).

St. Louis Equity in Entrepreneurship Collective is currently accepting applications for a new board member to serve and commit to a two-year term alongside the St. Louis Equity in Entrepreneurship Collective Board of Directors. The applicant must have a strong interest in racial and gender equity and be an active advocate within the St. Louis entrepreneur ecosystem.

STLEEC welcomes our new Coordinator, Kristen Mclauchlin.

Kristen, a Maryland native came to St. Louis to make a name for herself in the entrepreneurial community. She is an active advocate for promoting education, diversity, inclusion, and equity in all of her endeavors. Kristen has an earned Bachelor’s of Arts in Speech Communications and a focus in Philosophy from Webster University. Her ultimate goal is to be a future leader, educator, and mentor within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in St. Louis.
