Sons and Daughters of Saint Louis We are a collective of collaborating consultants with expertise in organizational strategy, program design, change management, and inclusive partnerships.

We provide capacity-building consulting services in the community to enhance impact effectiveness. We are unified by three core themes: (1) a love of Saint Louis; (2) a belief that individuals and communities with “lived experience” must be included in social impact decision-making; (3) the knowledge that ‘opportunity gaps’ are interconnected in nature, and will continue to persist if our solutions do not begin taking this into account. What We Do
We provide capacity-building consulting services to community hubs, social service nonprofits, and civic initiatives to enhance their effectiveness. Uniquely, we embed equity-centered community engagement and collaborative impact practices into our project management processes and deliverables.
