“I call You faithful… and I just wanna thank You, Lord.”

Sometimes the quickest way to strengthen our faith for what’s ahead is to remember what God has already brought us through.

The open doors. The mountains. The prayers He answered—and even the moments when the answer looked different than we expected. Through every season, His hand has never let us go.

Gratitude reminds us that we aren’t walking with a God we hope will be faithful. We’re walking with a God who has already proven Himself faithful.

And when we remember His goodness, something shifts. Worry becomes worship. Fear gives way to trust. And instead of focusing on what we’re still waiting for, our hearts begin to say, “God, You have been so good to me.” 🤍

💭 Reflection: Take a moment today and name one thing God has brought you through that you never want to forget.

🙏 Prayer: Lord, thank You for every way You’ve carried me, kept me, forgiven me, and loved me. Help me never become so focused on what’s next that I forget how faithful You’ve already been.

“Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord. Each morning I bring my requests to You and wait expectantly.” — Psalm 5:3 ☀️🙏

There’s something powerful about giving God the first moments of our day—before the notifications, the responsibilities, the worry, and the noise.

David didn’t just bring his requests to God. He waited expectantly.

That’s faith.

Prayer says, “God, here’s what’s on my heart.”

Expectation says, “And I trust You’re going to meet me here.”

We may not always receive the answer we expected or in the timing we wanted, but we can trust that God hears every prayer and is present in the waiting.

What would change if tomorrow morning, before reaching for anything else, you reached for Him?

☀️ Tomorrow morning: pray first. Then wait expectantly.

🙏 Drop a 🙏 if there’s something you’re trusting God with right now.

“If my people… will humble themselves and pray and seek my face…” — 2 Chronicles 7:14 🙏

There’s something powerful about the order of this verse.

Before God talks about changing circumstances, He calls His people to humble themselves, pray, and seek His face.
Sometimes we want God’s hand—His provision, His breakthrough, His answers—when what He’s inviting us to seek first is His face.

Prayer isn’t only about bringing God a list of what we need changed. It’s a place of surrender. A place where pride comes down, distractions get quiet, and our hearts become sensitive to His again.

What could change if we became a people who didn’t just pray when we needed something, but genuinely sought God because we wanted Him?

🙏 Lord, make us a people of prayer. Teach us to humble ourselves, seek Your face, and desire Your presence above everything else.
If that’s your prayer, drop a 🙏 below.
