We'd like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Sean Henderson and the Henderson Family at The Print Factory for their company's graphic design work and production of the Official Event T-Shirt, Support Banners, Ribbons and the Honor and Support Banner. Hello PINK HALO PROJECT Supporters and Fans. We are excited about this year's event and want to ensure all the details are available to our school community. Pictures of this year's Official T-Shirt, Support Banners, and Jumbo Banner for Honor and Support Ribbons are attached. There will also be raffles, baked goods and vendors at the event. This is a wonderful community event that brings the entire East China School District together for a common cause that affects all of our lives.

We wanted to share our final numbers from this year's PINK HALO PROJECT Cancer Research & Assistance Fundraiser. It was another great year of our community coming together to help a special individual, our local hospital and the American Cancer Society's Coaches vs. Cancer Foundation:

Friday Night Staff Game/Jim Whymer Donation: $1187.75
PHP Super Saturday/ACS Coaches vs. Cancer: $6604.04
PHP Super Saturday/S.J. River District Hospital: $2201.35

WHAT A GREAT STORY!!! Jim was part of our Pink Halo Project Efforts this year. Our Friday Night Staff Game was played in his honor and the communities of SC and MC raised over $1000.00 to donate to Jim and his family! Great job ECSD!

PINK HALO PROJECT VII kicks off on Friday, January 30TH with the 2ND Annual North (St. Clair) vs. South (Marine City) Staff Game @ 7:00 PM at SCHS. Tonight's event is "Jim Whymer Support Night" in honor of longtime local sports writer Jim Whymer who is currently recovering from surgery and treatment of cancer. "SUPER SATURDAY" January 31ST will begin at 10:00 AM, doors will open at 9:00 AM. Game times are below:

SuperFan Packages can be purchased on Friday or Saturday for $15.00 and include an event t-shirt, event entry ticket and a support ribbon for the Support/Memory Wall Banner.

Pink Halo Project Support/Memory Wall Banner!!! Support Ribbons can be purchased for $2.00 at tomorrow's event. When purchased you will be able to put the name of someone to honor them or yourself as a supporter of the event on the ribbon and place it on the wall.
