Thank you again to the Proper Pedals team and everyone who supported our efforts to make this year such a success! Over the last two years, New Growth Horizon has donated over $100,000 to Pedal the Cause. We celebrated survivors, fighters, and riders all weekend long, culminating in the big ride day on Sunday, 9/20. Chill Medicated joined us on-site with C*D cream to rub into sore bicycling muscles. The Proper Lounge offered a space for attendees to relax with a cool drink after their rides.

Drop a 🚲 below if you plan on riding with Team Proper in 2027!

Recently, several Proper & New Growth Horizon team members volunteered with Feed the People Garden Project! This community garden effort in St. Louis City grows and harvests food that directly nourishes local communities.

Do you know a non-profit organization in the St. Louis metro area, Cape Girardeau or Kansas City areas that could use volunteer assistance? Let us know in a comment!

8/15 was National Honeybee Day, and New Growth Horizon Foundation popped up at the Bridgeton Proper with local beekeeper Phil, to spread awareness about pollinators and the important role they play in our community. Catch us back at it on 8/29 at the University City Proper from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

We also sponsored a hive for Bee KC, an organization near the Kansas City Proper location that supports colonies throughout the KC region. Happy Honeybee Month! 🐝 💛✨
