As Head of Digital Product Management at Syngenta, she leads global initiatives that drive digital transformation across research and development creating smarter, faster, and more connected ways of working. With a passion for innovation and excellence, Chalet continues to shape the future of technology within the scientific space while empowering teams and advancing meaningful progress.

Beginning her career as a Molecular Biologist at Bayer/Monsanto, Chalet built a strong scientific foundation before transitioning into Digital R&D IT, where she became instrumental in designing technology solutions that accelerate research and innovation at scale. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to service and leadership within the community. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated for nearly 28 years, Chalet embodies a lifelong dedication to scholarship, service, and sisterhood. Nanette Gaines, Founder of WEMA Logistics LLC is a visionary leader whose life reflects purpose, resilience, and unwavering faith. As the daughter of the incomparable Christine Walls, she carries forward a powerful legacy of strength and grace while building one of her own. A proud mother, grandmother, and community pillar, Nanette is committed to creating opportunities that uplift families and strengthen generations to come.

An ordained minister in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, she serves at St. Paul African Methodist Church, living out her calling to serve with humility and compassion. A United States Army veteran who served during Operation Desert Storm, she later dedicated 32 years to the United States Postal Service, retiring as Postmaster in West Virginia. Today, as founder of WEMA Logistics LLC, she leads a thriving last-mile delivery company employing over 125 individuals—creating pathways for second chances and economic empowerment. As CEO of Caregivers Unlimited LLC and founder of Greenhorse Investments LLC, she continues to champion dignity, independence, and community restoration. Through WACS, Women Armed for Christian Service, she equips women with faith-centered guidance, and as a Liberty University graduate who earned her degree Magna Cum Laude at 65, she proves it is never too late to walk boldly in purpose.
