Emerge EveryOne Emerge EveryOne is a non profit fitness program designed for adults with intellectual disabilities who want to keep moving.

Workouts focus on strength, cardio and balance. The goal of this program is to provide a resource for exercise that has not been previously available and our goal is to keep it FREE or at least highly subsidized. Our workouts are modified, but still challenging. We work on strength, cardio and balance. Not only do the classes offer physical wellness, but also they promote teamwork, comradery and some competition among the athletes. Many of the health issues associated with this population are issues related to inactivity. These are health issues that WE all face if we don’t have an opportunity to purposely move! We are a new, driven program dedicated to the cause of fitness for EveryOne!
