Fall is showing off at the Orchard! 🍂 The leaves are gorgeous, the air is getting crisp, and it’s time to pull out those sweaters for a mountain afternoon.

🎶 Backline takes the pavilion stage Saturday at a special time, 1–3 PM, followed by Randy Flack on Sunday from 2–4 PM.

🚜 Tractor rides are happening both Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 and 2:30 PM. And when you need a little warming up, stop by the General Store for a slice of warm apple pie. 🥧

Bring a sweater, enjoy the fall colors, and settle in for a little music. We’d love to see you! ❤️

Tickets will also be available the night of the event, but we have a limited number—and once they’re gone, they’re gone.& ;

Join us Friday, October 23 at 7 PM for an after-dark gathering with local storytellers Sheila Kay Adams and Donna Ray Norton, sharing true mountain tales and songs that are sure to send a little chill down your spine. 🌕🍂

🎶 A SPECIAL MUSIC TIME THIS SATURDAY! 🎶

We're looking forward to a weekend of bluegrass at the Orchard! Just a little schedule reminder: Backline plays Saturday from 1–3 PM — an hour earlier than our usual music time.

Backline brings modern bluegrass with traditional roots, beautiful harmonies, and plenty of lively tunes. We're glad to welcome them to the Orchard!

On Sunday, Randy Flack joins us for live music at our usual time of 2–4 PM.

Make plans to spend part of your weekend with us for good music and a little time in the mountains. We look forward to seeing our Orchard friends! 🍎

⚠️ ORCHARD UPDATE, Sunday, October 11: No Tractor Rides Today

The weather has other plans for us today, so tractor rides are canceled. But there's still plenty to enjoy at the Orchard! The Apple Core Grill is open, and our live music is still scheduled to play.

If the gray skies have you craving a cozy afternoon, we can think of a good place to start: a warm slice of apple pie in the mountains. 🍎 We hope you'll stop by!

⚠️ ORCHARD UPDATE: Tractor Rides Canceled Today

Due to today’s rainy weather, tractor rides are canceled for the day. However, the Orchard is still open! The Apple Core Grill is serving, and our live music is still on schedule.

Chilly, rainy days are perfect for a warm slice of apple pie, so if you’re out and about, come on up to the mountains! We’d love to see you. 🍎

Fall is settling in at the Orchard! 🍂🌄 The leaves are changing, the mountains are putting on a show, and there’s still plenty to enjoy this time of year.

🎶 Join us for live music in the pavilion with Common Ground on Saturday and Buffalo Cove on Sunday, both from 2–4 PM.

🚜 Tractor rides are happening both Saturday and Sunday, and you can still enjoy a slice of warm apple pie while you’re here! While we’re out of apples for the season, there are still plenty of good times to be had and memories waiting to be made.

Take in the fall colors, enjoy some music, and let us welcome you to the Orchard this weekend. ❤️

We are so excited that the Blue Ridge Parkway has opened these additional sections surrounding the Orchard. And what a great time of year to be able to take a scenic drive!

It’s a beautiful fall weekend in the mountains! 🍂🌄 The air is getting cooler, the trees are starting to show a little color, and the Orchard is feeling like fall.

🎶 Live music in the pavilion this weekend with Rhonda Gouge & Keepin’ Time on Saturday and Ruglifters on Sunday, both from 2–4 PM.

🚜 We’ll also have two tractor rides each Saturday and Sunday. Take a ride through the Orchard, enjoy the changing leaves, listen to some music, and take in those mountain views.

We’d love to see you. Come spend a little fall with us. ❤️

It’s looking like fall at the Orchard! 🍂🌄 The temperatures are cooling, the trees are starting to turn, and it’s a beautiful time to spend an afternoon in the mountains.
