Exciting progress is being made on our headquarters. The concrete for the ground floor is complete, and structural steel is going up. In addition, you've probably noticed walls and roof of the shop have been removed. Micro piles for a new foundation to begin soon.

UPDATE on North Springville/South Provo project: Springville City has officially issued our grading permit. We are cleared to begin mass grading and will be mobilizing equipment and crews to the site next week to kick off earth work for the new development.

We’re pleased to share an update on Joe Bandidos and the future of North Springville.

Clyde Companies and Joe Bandidos have reached an agreement that will allow Joe Bandidos to remain part of the North Springville development as plans continue moving forward.

Joe Bandidos has been a Springville favorite for more than 20 years, and keeping them in the community has been a priority throughout the planning process. We’ll look forward to them continuing to serve their famous chips and salsa, and the Springville community, for years to come.

Thank you Springville community for your comments and input for 4th & Main. We have received more than 2,000 responses. We will now review the input provided as we look for a responsible, viable, long-term solution for this parcel in Springville's downtown. We will continue to work closely with Springville City as we determine next steps. Stay tuned and check back regularly for updates.

Monday, February 9 will be demolition day as crews begin work to take down the Allen's Block building and two structures north of 1400 N. Demoing these buildings will help ensure public safety in the area and on the sites.

Clyde Companies is excited to share a little more details about plans in North Springville/South Provo, north of 1400 N. & Main Street. As Clyde Companies returns to Springville, initial concepts are emerging of a mixed-use development on the land we have purchased surrounding our new corporate headquarters location. Plans are still being finalized, but so far it will feature exciting new food & beverage options, community gathering spaces, and residential housing. More information will come when details are finalized. Check back for updates.

Asbestos mitigation work is currently taking place and fencing is being placed around the property. In the coming weeks, we anticipate demolition work to begin.
