🇺🇸 The sound of remembrance is calling. Will you answer? 🎺

🎺 Register today: https://www.tapsacrossamerica.org/

As we draw closer to Memorial Day, we pause as a nation—not for a long weekend, but for a solemn reminder of the cost of our freedom.

On Monday, May 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, join us for Taps Across America 2026 as musicians and citizens across the country come together in one powerful act of remembrance.

250 Years. 24 Notes. One Nation.

Each of the 24 notes of Taps carries the weight of sacrifice, echoing across cemeteries, front porches, memorials, parks, and hearts alike. It is a final salute. A sacred promise. A moment that says:

You are remembered. You mattered. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten.

Whether you play bugle, trumpet, trombone, flute, saxophone, violin, drums, or simply wish to stand in quiet reflection—you belong in this moment.

Join us in honoring those who gave all.

🇺🇸 Share this message. 🙏 Help us ensure no veteran is forgotten.

Well done, Sons.
For the third consecutive year, the Sons of The American Legion set a new record for membership. The SAL finished 2025 with 404,941 members, a 1.94% increase over 2024’s final membership of 397,243 members.
Since 1983, the first year of accurate membership numbers, the SAL membership has increased every year except two — in 2020 and 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
