The Re-Entry Assistance Program in its first 3 years treated and housed 114 clients saving Utah county a total $2,562,730 through recidivism prevention for this group of clients. The overall success rate during the first 3 year period was 67% with most recidivists reentering the correctional system for technical violations rather than relapse to prior addictive behaviors.
