Battle of the South 2025 Entry Paperwork is ready! Please note that stunting will be allowed as an option this year ❤️💜❤️

Battle of the South 2025 paperwork will be released before our fall season kicks off. For planning purposes, please refer to the 2024 info pinned at the top of this page. There will be no changes! Competition date is tentatively 11/2/25. Waiting on approval. Updates will be posted here asap!

Good morning ☀️ I know I’m late, but comp paperwork will be posted on Thursday. Everything is the same as always. No price increases or changes to rules. Per usual, paperwork/payment will be due by October 1st. There is a little wiggle room so no one panic if someone is a little late! I’m flexible.

Please have your coaches collect birth certificates and bring with them day of comp. We will check to see that you have them but will only need if an issue arises 🚫🙈🙏

Please make sure that everyone is aware that comp is on Sunday and will start early…it’s the best we can do with size, field availability, and uca judges.

Last year we did individuals after team comp. We will continue in that order this year!

👑Miss SpringFest 2024👑registration will go live this afternoon! We will accept no more than 10 contestants per age group.

⭐️Must be a resident of St. Clair County⭐️
Entry fee $50
Photogenic (optional) $20
Tshirt $25

*Categories

• Tiny Miss, ages 4-6
• Little Miss, ages 7-9
• Junior Miss, ages 10-12
• Teen Miss, ages 13-15
• Miss, ages 16-18
• Overall People’s Choice ($1 per vote day of)
• Photogenic award per age group

*number of alternates will be based on number of contestants per age group

Details

• Saturday, April 20th at Springville Middle School Auditorium, 2:00pm.
• Doors open to public at 1:30pm
• Entry $10 at door, cash or card. 5 and under free
• Contestants must arrive between 12pm and 1pm
• There will be a contestant practice/parent meeting Friday, April 19th at Springville Middle School, 6:30pm
• Typed resume and photogenic pics (4x6 color photo) will be turned in, in person, during meeting on the 19th

Theme - ❤️❤️ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE with music by the Beatles!❤️❤️

Contestants will be judged/scored on the following:

• 30% - Resumes (All about me) will be emailed and posted on page by April 1st. Format will be included. Scoring will consider age of each individual. Looking for personality from contestants perspective as queens will make public appearances throughout their reign.

• 15% - Performance of opening number/modeling of fun fashion representing their individual personality. May be spring themed or Beatles themed! Note: contestants will not be scored on dance ability but on confidence and individuality!

• 15% - onstage introduction all ages! Name, age, grade, number, something quirky… “I love Taylor Swift”, “I’ve lost 4 teeth”, “I was recently accepted into…” are just a few examples. Be creative!

• 40% - Full gown evening walk - poise, confidence, overall look
