The Lambda Beta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. was chartered November 21, 2009 by five motivated members who sought to share the mission and vision of our seven founders to the Greater Springfield and Western Massachusetts community.

Lambda Beta Sigma was the second graduate chapter to be chartered in the state of Massachusetts along with Zeta Nu Sigma (Boston, MA) and Lambda Ka

ppa Sigma (Brockton, MA) . Through the sororities' national slogan Greater Service, Greater Progress Lambda Beta Sigma has grown immensely over the years. Ensuring ​dedication to sisterhood, service, and scholarship.
