Love Financial Springfield Prom Logistics Refresher 🚗🎟️🍻

Welcome back to our multi-year guests and a big hello to all our first-timers! Here’s everything you need to know to make your night smooth and stress-free:

Arrival & Parking
• Valet parking is available at the main entrance on St. Louis Street.

At the Door
• Please have your physical ticket ready.
• Do NOT scan the QR code with your own phone — your ticket only scans once, and we need it at the door.
• Have your photo ID ready for check-in.

Drink Tickets
• Drink tickets are sold at two locations:
• West side of the lobby
• Southeast corner of the main floor
• You cannot buy beer tickets directly from the bars.
• We accept cash or card at the drink ticket stations.

Getting Your Drinks
• Take your drink tickets to the bars:
• East Alcove → VIP Bar
• West Alcove → Everyone Bar

Food & Dining
• VIP food and dining area is in the East Alcove
• Concessions are available in the West Alcove

Lobby Highlights
• Photo Booth – East side of the lobby
• Merch Store – West side of the lobby

Seating
• Tables on the main floor have been purchased and reserved. Each table has a name on it.
• Please do not take someone else’s reserved table. Thank you!

We want everyone to have an amazing, safe, and fun night. If you have any questions, just look for one of our volunteers.
