Roots grow where no one applauds!

The most critical work of your spiritual life happens in private, in the secret place where no audience exists and no recognition comes. A tree does not grow its root system for display. It grows it for survival, for stability, and for the capacity to bear fruit in every season. Paul prayed that believers would be rooted and grounded in love so deeply that they could comprehend four dimensions of Christ's love: width, length, depth, and height. That fourth dimension, height, takes you beyond what natural senses can process. You cannot fully stand in what you have not first been rooted in. Do not rush the root season. The branches will come. The fruit will come. But first, go deeper.

Have you ever found yourself cycling back to the same old habits, hurts, or places you thought you left behind? In John 21:1-19, Peter does the same thing — and Jesus meets him right there on the shore.

This past Sunday, Pastor David unpacked three powerful truths: the cycles that keep us stuck, the charcoal fire where Jesus turns our greatest shame into communion, and the commission He places on our lives when He restores us. Just as Jesus asked Peter three times "do you love me?" — one for every denial — He offers complete restoration, not partial. The place of your biggest failure can become the place of your greatest testimony.

Jesus did not pay the full price so you could stay bound to a cycle. He is standing on the shore, calling you out of the boat. Jump out and run to Him.

Jesus is not waiting for you to have it all together. He is standing on the shore, calling you out of the cycle and into something greater.

In John 21, Peter went back to what he knew -- back to the boat, back to the old life -- and caught nothing. Sound familiar? But Jesus showed up at dawn, repeated the miracle that first called Peter, and invited him to breakfast by a charcoal fire. The very place of Peter's greatest failure became the place of his complete restoration.

Three denials. Three questions. Full restoration. Jesus does not do partial work. He paid the full price so you could be fully redeemed, fully restored, and fully commissioned to walk in your purpose.

Stop cycling. Jump out of the boat. Jesus is on the shore.
