We are hiring part-time, year-round staff, so if you, or someone you know, is seeking employment, apply in person at the address below, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. (subject to change as needed). Job Description:
Must be hospitality-minded, reliable, self-motivated, positive and detail-oriented. Shifts are assigned based on your availability, and includes weekends. Bartending hours are from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. for Walnut Room [split shifts 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (5 pm) and 4:30 p.m. (5 pm) to "close" - no later than 1 a.m. Special events (Service Bar) and Tiki Hut assignments vary in hours]

Bartender's Duties:
Prepare & serve drinks to our members and their guests. Bartenders help serve food to patrons as well. This includes special events.
Must be compliant with all food and beverage regulations.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned or required.
To join our Bartending Team, the applicant must have experience in the industry & have a current Illinois Food Handler’s License and Bassett Certificate.
POS (Point of Sale) experience a plus!

Other qualities include time management, good communication skills while working with various levels of management, staff, members, guests and the public; and are willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Description:

Prepare lunch and dinner meals for our members and their guests. This includes special events.

To join our Year-round Kitchen Team, the applicant must have experience in the food service industry; must have a current Illinois Food Handler’s License/Certificate and/or Food Manager's License/Certificate.

Sharing reciprocity with our local Springfield Lake Clubs. TRN CLUB is hosting the following event for those over 21 years of age. Some of our lodge members will be there cooking and serving everyone delicious burgers, fries, and iced cold drinks & ice cream! Come out for an old fashioned meal and night of social activities.

The Springfield lodge, chartered in 1903, focuses on community service, charitable programs, and youth initiatives, particularly supporting veterans. On Thursday, July 23rd, the 158 turns 123 years old. (The organization formed in 1868 is 158 years old this year.) Thank you to our past members who started the lodge, and to those who have helped keep it going throughout the years. Congratulations and cheers to many more ❤️ years of service to our lodge and our community!
