 It is time to get ready for our 21st Annual Buddy Walk 2026!

Make sure you put Saturday, October 17, 2026 on your calendar!

We are so excited to be celebrating our 21st year, which is extra special since our kids all have an extra 21st chromosome!
Here’s what you need to know for now:

1. Registration is OPEN at our website.

2. We have multiple SPONSORSHIP opportunities. We are so thankful for our sponsors as their contributions help support LDSS and all of our activities throughout the year.

If you want to be on our BUDDY WALK T-SHIRT this year, please fill out your sponsorship information by Wednesday, September 2nd!!!

3. As always, we will have our family friendly festival right after the Buddy Walk. We would like to invite your group or organization or business to host an information/game BOOTH.

4. We need VOLUNTEERS! We have lots of volunteer opportunities up to and including the day of the Walk.

5. Keep an eye on your emails and Facebook for additional details up to and including the day of the Walk.

6. Most importantly, visit our WEBSITE at www.ldssga.org for all information related to registration, sponsorship, volunteers, booths, etc.

We will see you in Forsyth Park on Saturday, October 17!

The ECHS Bass Fishing team is hosting a "Bobber Buddies" Fishing Camp for special needs youth Wednesday, May 27, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. A parent/guardian will need to attend with each camper. All fishing equipment will be provided. This is a FREE camp. Location is 1979 Hwy. 119 South, Guyton, GA 31312.
