"I don’t like to see my parents worried,” said 13-year-old Denis. Watching his family struggle for basic necessities became commonplace throughout his childhood. With the help of feedONE in Nicaragua, Denis is determined to break the cycle of poverty for his family. Every year, Kansas State does a fireworks fundraiser to raise money for their Chi Alpha ministry. It's a fun way to get our students involved. Not only does this fundraiser help us raise money for our ministry, but all the tips we raise go to support feedONE. We raised more than $2,000 just through tips!

"We love and believe in feedONE, and we want to support what they are doing. We want to show our students the importance of giving. We also want to bring awareness to the needs around the world and to open the eyes of both our students and the community that comes to buy our fireworks. We want them to know that, together, we can make a difference by giving to and supporting organizations that are directly involved in helping those needs."

Everyday, we invite you to pray with us at 10:02 am, in response to Jesus' call in Luke 10:2.

These were his instructions to them: “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields." - Luke 10:2 NLT
