Scouting America Troop 1853G Scouting America Troop 1853G. Meetings held each Tuesday from 7:30 to 9PM at Community Covenant Church.

Scouting allows girls to experience their share of adventure in the great outdoors. Scouts develop a love of service by volunteering in the community, boost their leadership skills through fun and exciting challenges, and create memories of a lifetime with no prior experience required! Established in 2019, Troop 1853G is located in Springfield, Virginia, and is part of the Burke Lake District, which falls under the National Capital Area Council. Troop 1853G operates in conjunction with Troop 1853B (formed in 1969).

🌿⚜️ **Service in Action!** ⚜️🌿

Yesterday, Scouts from Troop 1853 participated in a community service project at the church where they hold their meetings. The Scouts worked hard to beautify the property by tending the garden and lawns, w**d eating, and revitalizing the free library. They also cleaned and organized the shed and chuck boxes, helping ensure everything is ready for future activities. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to giving back made a visible difference. 👏 Great job, Scouts of Troop 1853! Thank you for living the Scout Oath and Law through service to others.
