We are a culturally integrated organization dedicated to promoting the education, employment, and culture of Latino Americans in communities that lay within about a 60 mile radius of Springfield, IL. We promote education by:

• Supporting educational scholarships for Latinos
• Offering appropriate training opportunities to enhance Latino entrance to and advancement in employment
• Referencing ve

rifiable facts and statistics about the Latino community

We support diversity and parity in employment through:
• A clearinghouse for both public and private employers seeking to diversify their employee base by hiring qualified Latinos
• A clearinghouse for Latinos seeking employment opportunities within the community

We support culturally integrated events such as:
•"Salsa Nights" dances
•Latin Cooking Club
•Latin Book Club
•Family social events
