Fun fact: While less than 2% of our nation's youth are a part of the Scouting movement. 133 of the 233 Astronauts were scouts at one time. Actually, 26 of the first 29 Astronauts in NASA’s program were Eagle scouts.

A Girl Scout alum, Christina Koch, is part of the crew for Artemis II — NASA’s first crewed Moon mission in more than 50 years.

Don't forget -- admission to the ALPLM is FREE tomorrow and Thursday as we celebrate 's birthday. We have a big children's reading event tomorrow, with stories, magic, music and more. And on Thursday, Lincoln's actual birthday, the president will join us to answer questions and pose for pictures.
