Out Now A LGBTQ youth-led org. dedicated to promoting harm reduction, self-determination, and community building through anti-oppression organizing.

Here’s an update regarding the medicaid and Medicare services ruling. Here in MA the rule does not ban gender-affirming care for youth, and this essential care remains legal and protected in our state.

Our state also has created a fund called the Affirming Healtcare Trust Fund allowing for the care young people might want, including office visits, prescriptions and lab work.

Hello Out Now community. It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing you today. Out very own Tianna Thomas has passed away, on April 1, 2026. We are all so so saddened by this and also are steadfast in our remembering all of the beauty that Tianna brought to our lives. She was a real lover of all things 'q***r youth' and she fought hard for justice for the most marginalized.
