We were thrilled to lead workshops at the Missouri FBLA State Leadership Conference for the third consecutive year! It’s always inspiring to connect with such a motivated and professional group of students dedicated to growing their leadership and communication skills. This year’s event brought together over 5,300 students from across Missouri—an incredible turnout!

A heartfelt thank-you to our outstanding volunteers—Robin Rees (OMB Bank), Johnathan Saunders (City of Springfield Workforce Development), Amanda Modayil (Right at Home), and Andy Carroll (US Bank). Your dedication, expertise, and willingness to share your real-world experiences truly enriched the sessions and made a lasting impact on these future leaders.
