Aahara’s Inner Beloved SHIP’s Big Picture Process! With every SHIP, we offer Shamanic Breathwork and with it comes an opportunity to do an art expression of one’s process, usually creating a mandala.
In the Big Picture Process, participants are invited to step into a bigger, more open and expansive reflection of their breathwork experience.
Coming from their right brained, experiential nature, they use a larger canvas with acrylic paint. It’s a dynamic work, expressing a higher perspective aspect of their experience in their breathwork.
We offer a processing experience after the Shamanic Breathwork, giving participants an opportunity to digest, process, and begin to integrate their experience. This includes exploring the symbolic meaning expressed in their big picture process.
