BABY / TODDLER SHOW RULES AND GUIDELINES 2019
SEPTEMBER 28, 2019 10:30 AM BRANSFORD SITE FOOTBALL FIELD
1. The baby/toddler show will be held at the Bransford Site Football Field, Saturday, September 28, 2019 beginning at 10:30 am. Entry forms must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope to Jan Singletary Pettis or post-marked and mailed to Rashaud Singletary Pettis Scholarship Foundation at P. O. Box 262 Springfield, Tn 37172 no later September 7, 2019.
2. Each entry must have a current photograph no larger than 5 x 7. Write child’s name, parent’s name, address and phone number on the back of the picture. A copy of the birth certificate or proof of birthdate must accompany each entry.
3. Any child/toddler who is a resident of Robertson County and has not passed his or her 5th year birthday by contest date is eligible to enter. Ages of each class shall be determined as of the contest date. Number of children per group will be based on number of entries.
4. JUDGING will be based on INTERACTION WITH THE JUDGES 25%, CUTEST OUTFIT 25% and TICKET SALES 50%.
5. Ticket sales will begin on September 8, 2019 and will end on September 21, 2049 at 4 PM, no exceptations. All tickets given to the contestants must be accounted for or points will be taken from you overall score by the contest judges.
6. All contestants must be at the Bransford Site and registered by 10:15 AM on September 28, 2019.
7. Complete entry forms and COPY of the birth certificate or proof of birthdate must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope to Jan Singletary Pettis or postmarked and mailed to Rashaud Singletary Pettis Scholarship Foundation at P. O. Box 262 Springfield, Tn 37172 no later September 7, 2019.
8. Non committee members have been commissioned to keep a tally of tickets sold by each contestant. Committee members of the foundation will not know the winner of ticket sales until the day of the event.

2. A copy of the birth certificate or proof of birthdate must accompany each entry. DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL.
3. One parent may accompany the child on stage for presentation, absolutely no siblings please.
4. Committee has the right to combine any age group due to low numbers of entries.
