We are seeking FULL-TIME professional, ambitious, energetic, and experienced Barbers, who enjoy a team atmosphere and offer excellent service to join our growing team at The Sharpest Edge.

The Sharpest Edge, with its comfortable and professional atmosphere, is a classic barbershop, reconfigured and updated. We specialize in reasonably-priced, high-quality mens' and boys' haircut, as well as hot towel shaves. We promote a Family friendly environment where you can grow and take your business to the next level. Our barbershop is conveniently located in the center of Ware.

We believe that we have as much responsibility in making the barbers' jobs enjoyable as they do. Which is why we provide:

• A professional, positive and motivating work environment where you enjoy coming to work
• Training and Education to encourage you to grow in your craft
• Social media marketing support to promote your skills
• Great, central and high traffic location in the Ware area
• Flexible schedule
• Coaching and support to help you succeed.

The right candidates would be experienced and skilled at men's haircuts, have strong clipper and scissor skills (0 fades, clipper over comb, and scissor over comb skills are a must,) as well as have experience or is easily trainable in shave services. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, professionalism and love providing great customer service.

• have a desire to make a great income by working hard and moving your career in an upward direction
• are a go-getter, self-motivated, and have an engaging personality
• can work a full-time schedule including weekends or can be flexible part-time, including weekends
• have a current barbering license
