🍄‍🟫 The Mycelial Path: Rediscovering the Living Field of Awareness
🗓️ Hybrid Retreat with Lama Liz Monson
October 29 – November 1, 2026

We usually experience ourselves as isolated individuals moving through an external world. Yet breath depends on forests. Bodies are shaped by sunlight, rain, and soil. Thoughts and emotions arise through conditions far beyond our own making.

Buddhism invites us to recognize not just this interdependence, but the boundless field of awareness in which it all appears. The wind in the pines, the song of a thrush, the scent of cedar, and the beating of your own heart all arise within one indivisible field of knowing. 🍂✨

Join Lama Liz Monson for a special long weekend hybrid retreat exploring the intelligence of the forest and the nature of mind.

📌 Retreat Highlights:

Living Metaphor: Explore mycelial networks as a lens for deep reciprocity and belonging.
Contemplative Practices: Engage in silent sitting, walking meditation, and outdoor practices that root mind and body in the earth.
Dharma & Inquiry: Receive traditional teachings and join in shared inquiry designed to soften the sense of separation.
Flexible Attendance: Participate in person or virtually from home.

Whether you are looking to ground your meditation practice in nature or deepen your understanding of non-dual awareness, all are welcome.

"Naturalness is the part of the self that is unconstructed, spontaneous, free, unmade, and without plans or agendas. It is a part of you that is at ease in your own skin, and it does not resist being present. This part of you is aligned with the realm of the body and can be felt there. The body is, after all, an animal."
