Do you have a heart for young people and a passion for helping them navigate the transition into adulthood? We’re looking for caring, relationship-driven individuals to join I Pour Life as Chafee Specialists in Northeast and Southeast Missouri!

At I Pour Life, we believe every young person deserves someone in their corner. Our Chafee Specialists walk alongside youth as they develop life skills, work toward their goals, and build the confidence and support systems they need to thrive into adulthood.

📍 We're currently hiring for:

Full-time Chafee Specialist in Washington County

Part-time Chafee Specialist in Kirksville, MO

We had a great time attending Ozarks Technical Community College’s Fall 2026 Community Resource Fair! 💙

Thank you to OTC for inviting I Pour Life to be part of this event and for creating an opportunity for students to connect with organizations and learn about the resources available right here in our community.

We loved meeting students, sharing more about the work we do, and talking about opportunities to get involved!

☕️ COFFEE FOR A CAUSE!☕️

Tomorrow is going to be a good day for coffee! We’re so excited and incredibly grateful to partner with Hebrews XI Coffee for a special day benefiting I Pour Life. ❤️

When you grab your favorite coffee tomorrow, 10% of proceeds will be donated to I Pour Life, helping us support at-risk youth across Missouri, including young people in the Palmyra and Hannibal communities!

Through our programs, we come alongside young people with something we believe makes all the difference: consistent, trusted relationships.

Our LifeStrengths program provides one-on-one coaching for at-risk youth ages 16–24, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and support they need to pursue independence and self-sufficiency.

Our Chafee program supports youth in foster care ages 14–21 as they prepare for adulthood, providing life skills, connections, and a trusted person in their corner along the way.

So tomorrow, grab a cup, bring a friend, and drink coffee that makes a difference! ☕️

We are so thankful to HeBrews XI Coffee for investing in young people and partnering with us to make a difference in their lives. We’ll see you there! ❤️

We had such a great time connecting with students, hearing about their goals and future plans, and sharing more about the opportunities available to them. We’re always grateful for the chance to encourage and support young people as they explore what’s next!

We are grateful to have attended FFTA MO: Show Me Families First — Supporting Children & Families in Missouri Conference! 💙

It was a meaningful day of learning, connecting, and hearing directly from foster/relative care providers and youth with lived experience. We’re thankful for the opportunity to learn alongside others who are committed to supporting Missouri’s children and families!
