SORROW! It is with great sadness that we announce the death of RWB Bruce Trammell. Bruce was a man who taught many through his words, actions and deeds. He was devoted to Freemasonry, almost as much as he was his late wife and family.

Bruce played a pivotal role in the history of United Lodge. He served as Master during a time of great change and turmoil. He served with grace and humility, helping guide us to calm waters. RWB Trammell will be missed by all of his brothers.

He has laid down his working tools to go to the Celestial Lodge on high. SMIB.

WB Stephen Espinosa has shared the following message across the district. RWB Bruce Trammell has been a pillar of our lodge and our prayers go out to him and his family during this time.

Brothers,

It is with a heavy heart that I share this message on behalf of our beloved Right Worshipful Brother Bruce Trammell.

Over the last several days, Bruce’s health has declined significantly. After much thought and with complete peace in his heart, he has asked that I let everyone know he is no longer wishing to receive visitors.

Bruce is at peace with what lies ahead. He understands, in great detail, the journey he is on and has accepted it with the same courage, faith, and dignity that have defined his life. While speaking with Right Worshipful Brother Bruce Trammell the other day, he shared that “something very special is about to happen.” Those words were yet another reminder of the incredible strength of his spirit and the depth of his faith.

Bruce’s time with us is drawing near. While we all wish we could spend more moments by his side, the greatest gift we can give him now is to honor his request. Please keep Bruce, Shirley, Mya, and the rest of the Trammell family in your prayers during these precious days.

Bruce has touched countless lives through his mentorship, his ritual work, his lectures, and, most importantly, his friendship. Let us continue to surround him and his family with our love, our prayers, and our gratitude for the remarkable man he is.

• A fraction of a streaming subscription

In other words, it is less than many of the small purchases we make without a second thought.

For 55 cents a day, your dues provide:

• A building in which we gather
• Utilities, insurance, and maintenance
• Our obligations to Grand Lodge
• Degree work and Masonic education
• A place for fellowship, charity, and brotherhood

Most importantly, your dues sustain the continued work and legacy of our lodge. They ensure that what was handed down to us is preserved for the generations that follow.

Please note: if dues are not paid by April 1st, members will be subject to suspension in accordance with our bylaws. It is always our desire to avoid that outcome. If there are circumstances preventing you from paying at this time, I encourage you to reach out to me privately before that date.
