BRAVE Publications

BRAVE Publications The name BRAVE was coin by members of a therapy group who observed that expectations for their recovery were often far below their actual potential.

An advocacy group for survivors of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) that publishes educational materials for all members of the TBI community in order to bridge the gap between survivors and practitioners. Standing for “Building a Recovery Attitude by Voicing our Experiences,” BRAVE ceaselessly strives to preserve the dignity of survivors. The organization is founded on the principal that survivors

can only achieve the quality of life they desire when they are listened to and fully understood as people. BRAVE brings survivors’ voices to the forefront of TBI discourse by publishing educational material that connects survivors’ personal stories with the latest scientific research.
