What an amazing time at the Millsap Farm! My mouth is still watering. Goat Milk Honey sounded just as sweet and beer from Springfield Brew Co always hits the spot!

Hello Friends!
We're all rested up from the Big Saturday Night Party and it's time to GIVE THANKS:

For creating the menu, writing recipes, and making killer mango/lime bars, ladies and gentilemen, Katie Kring!

Thank you, Holly Mills, for bringing Mother's beer! You are the best.

To Will Chiles, thanks for grilling them meats and being the all around go-to guy!

Jake Berger, you peeled and chopped 20 pounds of yams. Wow. And you and Colton Harris were awesome dish-doers.

Thanks to Ed Fillmer for bringing the fire pit and for being a filmer! (er, digitizer.)

Al Marentis, thanks for your knife skills Friday night!

Who brought the reggae playlist? Mike Stevens.

David Chiles and Lesley Noe, thank you for your support, scrubbing of pans and general merriment.

And, many many thanks to the following businesses for donating products to the event: Down to Earth Foods, Mother's Brewery, Urban Roots Farm, Millsap Farm, KatieMade, and Ozarks Natural Beef.

Call for Volunteers!

Do you like to chop vegetables?
Can you wield a soapy sponge and declare "VICTORY" over dirty dishes?
Perhaps you have a camera and want to document the event for posterity!

If any of the above apply to YOU, comment below with availability. We need prep cooks Friday night, October 5th, and Saturday afternoon, October 6th. Soapy sponge wielders and a photog are required for Saturday night.

Thanks!

Got a buck? Got ten?

Donate to The Dirt Project to help them get a mobile kitchen so school children can prepare tasty snacks from their very own school gardens! They're really close to their fund-raising goal and just. need. a little. more.

Thanks, and Happy Autumn!

Please help us raise money for a traveling outdoor kitchen... With a traveling kitchen the students will be exposed to an array of recipes, flavors and learn to prepare the food they are growing.
