ACAM-Annual Conference

Greetings,

Developments surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) are moving rapidly. Today, President Trump declared a national emergency and Gov. Mike Parsons is scheduled to declare a state of emergency for Missouri at 5 PM. The ACAM board has made a decision to cancel the 2020 American Counseling Association of Missouri’s annual conference, which is scheduled for March 26-28. We value the health and safety of our attendees, event staff, and their families.

All conference registrations will be refunded. Please allow us time to process the refunds. We will make all attempts to have the funds back to you before April 1, 2020. Our hotel block has already been canceled with Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center. You will not be billed if you reserved a room through the room block. If you created a reservation outside of the hotel reservation block, please call the hotel to issue a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding with the decision to cancel the annual conference. We look forward to our gatherings each year with great anticipation. Our hope is to schedule an event in the fall that would assist in obtaining a portion of the CEs that are offered during the annual conference.
