Yes! I love this and what Jesus is doing in Latin America.
Siempre pienso en la oportunidad que me dio Jesús en ese momento que lo recibí en mi corazón y en la oportunidad que me dio para salvar vidas a través de Él. En Vida Joven estoy haciendo lo mismo que nos enseñó hace más de 2mil años cuando estuvo en la tierra predicando las buenas nuevas de salvación, yendo hacia los enfermos, a los pecadores, a los injustos, caminando y llegando a ellos de ciudad en ciudad, ahora yo me deleito hablando con cada joven en las calles de la ciudad, caminando y llegando a ellos de barrio en barrio como lo hizo Jesús, me lleno de gozo y alegría al escuchar a un joven diciendo que después de 3 años de rencor para su mamá le llamó y le pidió perdón. Me deleito al escuchar a una joven diciendo que Jesús la sacó de la depresión. Por eso y mas, es la razón por la que quiero seguir siendo un instrumento en las manos de Jesus, quiero llegar a mas jóvenes cada día en mas barrios en mas ciudades y dejar ese legado en mi area, mas líderes dispuestos haciendo esto, Duplicando el liderazgo cada año. Dios esta causando un gran movimiento en los jóvenes y quiero ser parte de ello, quiero que los líderes y los jóvenes tengan la oportunidad de ser parte del cambio en el nombre de Jesús. I often think of the opportunity Jesus gave me when I opened my heart to receive Him and in the opportunity that He gave me to save lives through Him. In Young Life, I’m doing the same thing that He taught us more than 2,000 years ago when He was on the the earth preaching the good news of salvation, going to the sick, to the sinners and the lost, walking from city to city. It gives me delight to talk with kids on the streets and walk from neighborhood to neighborhood just like Jesus did. I’m filled with joy when I hear a kid say that after 3 years of resentment for his mom, he called her and asked for forgiveness. I delight in hearing a young girl say that Jesus saved her from depression. For these and many more reasons, I want to continue to be an instrument of the Gospel in the hands of Jesus. I want to reach more kids every day in more neighborhoods and more cities. I want to leave a legacy in my city of leaders doing the same, duplicating their leadership every year. God is causing a great movement among the youth and I want to be part of that. I want leaders and kids to have the opportunity to be part of the change in the Name of Jesus.
