Lift Up a Child Fitness Challenge June 6th, 2026! Fitness comp where 100% of ALL funds raised are directly donated to CASA SW MO! Created and hosted by Royal Barbell CrossFit.

A strength-based fitness challenge combining high-intensity WOD's with Olympic lifting and Strongman. 100% of all funds raised are donated to CASA of Southwest Missouri to help end child abuse and neglect. Why it matters:
Child abuse and neglect happens every day. It consumes a child’s life, throwing their world into darkness. Fortunately, there are things you can do to help. Will you join us in

our fight against child abuse and neglect?

$200 per team. Your registration is a direct donation to CASA of SW MO.. Two person teams, male/male or female/female or coed male/female…The divisions are Intermediate (scaled), or Advanced (Rx). Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable if needed.

The floater is officially live. 👀

5 minutes. Heavy carries. Max tire flips.
Simple on paper… until the clock starts moving.

This is the final workout release before June 6th and we’re officially locked in. Huge shoutout to everyone who has signed up so far to support CASA of Southwest Missouri. This event is going to be special.

🔥 EVENT 3 — “THE SHIELD”🔥

This one is going to separate teams fast. 👀

This workout will have 2 separate scores and reps may be split however you desire!

Score number 1 is 9 minute AMRAP of…

21 Alternating DB Snatches
15 Box Jump Overs
9 Bar Muscle-Ups

Score = total reps

Once the 9 minutes is up there will be a 1:00 rest period.

Score number 2 is for time
100/80 calorie echo bike.

There is still time to sign up!

🔥 EVENT 1 “THE CALL” 🔥

No easing into the day on this one. The second the clock starts, it’s time to move.

“The Call” is built to test pacing, communication, and how well teams can manage fatigue under pressure. The ski will elevate the heart rate fast, the cleans will challenge your composure, and the wall balls will expose teams that come out too aggressive.

This is a true team workout. One athlete works at a time, so smooth transitions and smart strategy are going to matter just as much as fitness.

EVENT 2 IS LIVE. 🔥

“LAST BAR STANDING”

Teams will battle through a 10-bar deadlift ladder with one minute at each bar to complete the lift and move on. Teams may attempt the lift as many times as they want within the minute, but once time expires, they either advance… or they’re done.

When teams reach their final successful bar, they’ll use the remaining time at that weight to complete as many reps as possible for extra points.

The weight keeps climbing. The pressure keeps building. And by the final bars, ex*****on matters just as much as strength.

This one is going to get LOUD. 👀🔥
