The Blob from our local friends in Springfield at , has arrived at Camp Arrowhead and we cannot wait to get it setup for our Scouts this summer! Last minute preparations on the tower from our friends at Redneck Hunting Blinds and it'll be ready to go and safe!

What a beautiful evening at Camp Arrowhead yesterday at dusk and our friends at .services delivered two comfort trailers! "The Greatest Camp Staff Ever" will be in heaven with their new shower and restrooms down in the Staff Area. The second restroom trailer will be adjacent to the Chalkball Range by the dining hall for adults and to alleviate the backup at the women's showers at the pool.

So excited that our Camp Arrowhead Summer Camp Staff has arrived at our beloved camp!

The countdown is on, and we can't wait to welcome our Week 1 campers next Sunday.

Our staff is already hard at work preparing an unforgettable summer filled with adventure, friendship, learning, and Scouting memories that will last a lifetime.

Camp Arrowhead needs a helping hand!

We have two shelters that need to be completed before Summer Camp begins on June 7th. The posts are already set, so the remaining work is building the roof structures. A team of volunteers with construction experience could likely complete each shelter in about 4–5 hours.

All materials and supplies are already at camp, we just need some willing hands and construction knowledge to help us get them finished.

Troop 149 represented the Ozark Trails Council today at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery and they had a chance to meet St. Robert Mayor, James Breckinridge and also Missouri Governor and Silver Beaver Recipient, Governor Mike Kehoe.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation.

Memorial Day is more than the start of summer, it is a day of gratitude, reflection, and remembrance. As Scouts and Scouters, we are reminded of the values of duty, service, and citizenship that so many Americans have upheld through the ultimate sacrifice.

We encourage our Scouting families to take a moment today to remember those who never returned home, to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of their courage, and to honor their legacy through acts of service in our communities.

May we never forget those who gave everything for our country.

Thank you to the OA, multiple Troops, and the Tribe of Lone Bear! We had more than 40 people show up on Saturday, and all 150+ tents were set up and the BLOB tower is almost complete!

Tomorrow, May 18th, we’ll be heading back out to set up cots and finish a few remaining projects. We’ll begin loading cots at the office at 8:00 AM and head out immediately after.

We are incredibly thankful for our amazing youth, volunteers, and Ranger Corps. None of this would be possible without each of you and your dedication to Scouting. Thank you all for your hard work and servant leadership! We even had a "special friend" show up to help and got to celebrate Evan R.'s 13th Birthday from Troop 235!
