This month, we stand with children battling cancer, their families, caregivers, and the professional who walk alongside them.

Together, we honor their strength, celebrate their victories, and remember those whose journeys ended too soon.

We are back for Forever Home Friday! This week, a couple permanencies were achieved. One youth achieved adult guardianship. Three other children were returned home to their parents. 💙

Foster Parents have the right to choose which children are placed in their home, allowing them to consider their family’s strengths, capacity, and readiness. When caregivers can make informed decisions, children benefit from stronger connections, more consistency, and a home that truly meets their needs.

⭐️Placement Has Been Found⭐️

Rutledge Youth Foundation is seeking a supportive and nurturing placement for a 5 year old boy who is almost 6 years old. This placement need is urgent. He is a creative child with a variety of interests and enjoys staying active and engaged.
He loves to draw, swim, ride his bike, and listen to music. His music interests are wide-ranging, from Old Town Road to K-Pop, and he enjoys singing very loudly. He also really enjoys playing Roblox and talking about the games, characters, and things he has been doing on Roblox.
He would benefit from a home that is patient, willing to engage his interests while providing stability, and providing opportunities for him to be active and creative. A placement that has youth that are the same age or older than him would be beneficial.

It’s Forever Home Friday! Today, we are celebrating 3 siblings who returned home to their father and 1 youth that achieved Permanency through guardianship.

Today, we are celebrating a guardianship that was achieved for this young man after 1337 days in care.
