Can’t believe it’s already been one week since we bid Fr. Peirano farewell (and a happy birthday!) to take on his new assignment in the diocese. 😭
Of course, before he left, we had to send him off with a final round of beers from Tie & Timber 🫡

Over the past 2 years, Fr. Peirano has made this motley crew of Catholic young adults from many different walks in life feel so welcome to Springfield and to Immaculate Conception.
He really set the example for us when it came to personal invitation and evangelization. He exemplified how to be a pro at scanning a large crowd at Mass and laser focusing on anyone under 35 to chase down after the recessional to make sure they left with a Fontis card in their hand 😂👌🏼
Father, we’re so grateful for your time with us here in Springfield. We’re praying for you daily and ask God to bless your parishioners with a renewed zeal for the faith under your guidance. 🙏🏼 We’re sad to see you go, but are so happy for your new communities— they’re so lucky to have you.
You’ll always be an honorary member of Fontis in our hearts 🫶🏼 You’ll be missed!
