In the wake of yesterday’s historic flooding in Nepal, International Ministries (IM) is responding with $10,000 in One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) emergency disaster relief funds to support our partners as they provide food, shelter, and emergency supplies to those most affected.

As relief efforts begin, IM's Area Director for East and South Asia remains in close communication with our partners in Nepal to assess needs and coordinate support.

• For families who have been displaced, lost loved ones, or seen their homes destroyed.
• For first responders searching for survivors in collapsed homes and buildings.

Rev. Gary Sheets has been faithfully serving First Baptist Church of White Hall for the past couple years. Gary's wife, Rev. Mary Jean Sheets, has been struggling with some health concerns lately. Our Associate Executive Minister, Rob Kirbach, visited FBC White Hall last Sunday, where he and members of the congregation gathered around Pastor Gary in prayer, lifting up both Gary and Mary Jean.
