Sad news for our Pack today, we received the news that Weston Keaton passed away yesterday afternoon. Here is the message from his mothers post...

From his mother's blog:

Heaven

Around 2:45 today, Weston burst into the kingdom of Heaven. While we will miss him here, we are at peace knowing he lived life to the fullest, touched so many people, and is now living without pain. We were happy to find out that we were able to donate Weston's corneas so two people will get the gift of sight.

We will post service info soon. We are planning both a celebration here in Philadelphia and back home, in Tennessee.

For those wanting to donate, please donate to the COTA fund. This will help cover the cost of funeral expenses.

We are forever thankful to Weston's donor. Her family gave us the greatest gift of all and that was 3 extra months with our sweet boy. We are thankful to all of the people at CHOP today that helped try to save Weston in every way possible.
