It was such a joy to see our WholeHER FutureReady Leadership & Storytelling Challenge come full circle!

Huge congratulations to our Middle School winner, Mackenzie Hudson. As part of her 1st place prize, she received a “Fine Arts Experience” of her choice. Mackenzie chose the theater, and we had the pleasure of seeing a brilliant performance of Pride and Prejudice at .

Providing these enriching experiences for our youth is at the heart of what we do at the Northwest Arkansas (AR) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. We are committed to fostering creativity, leadership, and a love for the arts in the next generation.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Northwest Arkansas (AR) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated remains committed to the wellness of the “WholeHER.” 💚

True health isn’t just the absence of illness; it’s the presence of balance across every aspect of our lives. This week, we are focusing on the Wellness Wheel—a roadmap to help us check in with ourselves and ensure we are pouring back into our own cups.

Whether it’s setting a boundary (Social), taking a quiet moment of reflection (Spiritual), or moving your body (Physical), every small action contributes to your total well-being.

This Week’s WholeHER Challenge: Look at the Wellness Wheel and identify one “spoke” that needs a little extra love. Comment below with a 💚 if you’re committing to yourself this week!

Happy 8th Chapter Anniversary to the beautiful members of the Northwest Arkansas (AR) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.

Eight years ago, we began this journey together in Northwest Arkansas, and today we celebrate the love, friendship, service, and excellence that continue to define our sisterhood. What a beautiful Chapter 8 we are writing.

When we turn the number 8 on its side, it becomes the symbol of infinity. What a meaningful reminder that our chain of friendship, our commitment to one another, and our service to the Northwest Arkansas community are lasting, strong, and deeply connected.

Thank you for being more than members. Thank you for being friends, sisters, leaders, and women who continue to serve with heart and purpose. Every shared laugh, every act of service, every program, and every moment of connection strengthens our link.

Here’s to eight years of friendship, excellence, impact, and love.

With gratitude and affection,
Celia Thompkins

As we closed our inaugural WholeHer Brunch & Bloom Weekend, we did so with purpose, understanding, and a powerful reminder that whole wellness includes protecting the health of our bodies.

A special highlight of our final day was the Black K.A.R.E. program, sponsored by Vantive. A heartfelt thank you to Kellie Robertson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CNN-NP, for leading an informative and impactful conversation on “Health, Resilience and Renewal: Protecting Our Kidneys.”

Kellie’s expertise in nephrology and community wellness advocacy helped us connect the WholeHer Wellness Wheel to real life action. Her presentation reminded us that physical wellness is not separate from emotional, spiritual, financial, social, intellectual, environmental, and purpose driven wellness. It is connected to how we live, how we care for ourselves, and how we empower our community with knowledge.

This culminating event brought our weekend full circle. We gathered to bloom, to be nourished, and to leave with greater awareness about our health and the power of prevention.

Thank you, Kellie, for sharing your knowledge, your compassion, and your commitment to helping our community thrive.

Today’s WholeHer Brunch & Bloom was a beautifully curated experience designed to nourish the whole woman.

Every detail reflected intention: the setting, the florals, the conversation, the hospitality, and the sacred pause to honor resilience, growth, wellness, and connection.

Our featured speakers invited us into powerful dimensions of the WholeHer Wellness Wheel:

Sherry Lee Singh shared from the heart on emotional and spiritual wellness.

Carolyn Allen reflected on occupational and intellectual wellness with wisdom, leadership, and purpose.

Leah Collins brought insight into financial wellness and the power of awareness, mission, and growth.

This was more than brunch. It was an elevated gathering of women being poured into, celebrated, and reminded that in every season of life, we are still becoming, still growing, and still blooming.

Grateful for every guest, every speaker, every intentional detail, and every meaningful connection made today.

WholeHer Brunch & Bloom was excellence in motion.

About last night…

Our featured artists joined us for an elevated evening of art, storytelling, and connection. Each artist had the opportunity to introduce themselves, share the heart behind their work, and invite guests into the meaning, movement, and inspiration woven into each piece.

The room was filled with beauty, creativity, conversation, and community. Every introduction gave us a glimpse into the vision, discipline, and soul behind the art.

Today, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a more intimate conversation with each artist, ask questions, hear their stories, and experience the artwork in a deeper and more personal way.

WholeHer Brunch & Bloom Weekend continues to bloom 💚🤍
