Coach Kevin Johnson Memorial Scholarship

Today marks 10 years that Coach Kevin Johnson was called home to be with the Lord. While his time here on Earth was short his impact was huge, both literally and physically. 🥰 We all felt his impact in some way, rather it was on the offensive line, his big bear hugs, his positive vibes throughout the school hallways, his passion on the field, his instruction in the field house, his devoted Christian walk, no matter where you encountered Kevin Johnson, you remembered him. Those are the memories we look back on today and that we cherish forever.

Thanks to our wonderful community, Coach Kevin Johnson’s legacy still continues on thru the Springdale Public Schools as each year a student from each school is awarded a scholarship in his memory.

Please take a moment today to reflect on Kevin Johnson and remember all the good he brought to our world. Please pray for his family, the anniversary days still sting, and he is greatly missed in each new chapter they begin. Jeremiah 29:11

June 28, 2011. Has it really been 9 years? His laughter, his passion for football, his love for his two sons, and his players. He is so missed!!

We are honored to have Gus Malzahn on the golf course with us this Thursday!! Coach Johnson was Coach Malzahn's biggest fan (literally and figuratively) on and off the field. Kevin would be so honored for what this community has done in his memory. He is greatly missed. We still have room for more teams. If you have not signed up yet let us know now!
