THANKS to all who attended Monday evening's meeting of the North Hill Estates Civic Club in our new venue courtesy of Spring Baptist Church. We had a GREAT TURNOUT, including a full Board of Directors, Officers, a full set of committee reports, and plenty of board-audience dialogue. We look forward to seeing you there again the second Monday of July (the 13th).

Congratulations to our latest Yard of the Month winner on Turley St! Your hard work is definitely showing. We also want to give a big shout-out to our two honorable mentions on Whitewood Dr. and Challe Circle E for their beautiful landscapes.

While we love the excitement over who deserves neighborhood recognition, please let the official winners enjoy their moment by not relocating the Yard of the Month signs.

Eligibility Reminder: We saw so many other amazing yards this month that were top contenders! Just a friendly reminder that you must be current on your neighborhood dues to be eligible for the award. Join the Leadership Team

We are looking for "Neighborhood VIPs" to fill several vacant leadership roles! While we have neighbors running for Treasurer and Director spots, we still need candidates for:

* President
* Vice President
* Secretary

To get on the ballot, email [email protected] by Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.. Please note that your membership dues for both last year and this year must be paid in full to be eligible to run or vote.

Upcoming Annual Meeting

* When: Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

* Where: Immanuel Church, 26501 Border St, Spring, TX 77373

Dues and Maintenance

* Annual Dues: The $40.00 fee supports the beauty of our neighborhood and events like National Night Out.

* How to Pay: Send a Zelle payment to [email protected] or mail a check to P.O. Box 292, Spring, Texas 77383.

* Architectural Approval: Planning a spring project? Remember that exterior changes like painting, fences, or new concrete require prior approval from the Architectural Committee.

Social Clubs

* Book Club: Meets the first Tuesday of every month from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

* Ladies Luncheon: Joins together on the fourth Thursday of the month at various restaurants.

* Yard of the Month: Resumes in April with a $50 Home Depot gift card for the winner!

NHE Civic Club Board Meeting: Informal Gathering Tonight!

Hi Neighbors,

We wanted to provide a quick update regarding tonight’s Civic Club meeting. Due to a combination of travel and family health matters, four of our seven board members are unable to attend. Because we do not have a quorum, we will not conduct any official business or hold votes this evening.

However, we still want to see you! We will hold an informal "Town Hall" session at 6:30 p.m. at Spring Fire Department Station 71, 646 E. Louetta Road, Spring, TX 77373. Please feel free to stop by to ask questions, share concerns, or just chat with the board members who are available.

We look forward to a casual evening of conversation and hope to see you there!
