This workshop means more to us than just another class. In memory of our beloved Karen, we are coming together with Molina Healthcare of Texas and AVDA - TX to help our community understand healthy relationships, boundaries, warning signs, and where to turn for help.

This conversation is open to women and men of all ages. Everyone deserves to know what healthy love looks like and everyone deserves to know that help is available.

We are beyond excited to officially welcome Shanice with Destined to Deliver Doula Services to the Healing Hearts with Helping Hands family as our newest Volunteer Doula!

Shanice is passionate about walking alongside mothers during one of life's most beautiful journeys. Through her knowledge, compassion, and dedication, she'll be helping us expand our support by providing birth and postpartum education, participating in our virtual childbirth classes, and connecting with families at our community events.

At Healing Hearts with Helping Hands, we believe every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered and we're grateful to have Shanice serving alongside us to help make that vision a reality.
