Texas Spring Cypress Links, Inc. The Texas Spring Cypress Chapter (TSCC) joined the Links, Inc. chain of friendship in 1995. The Links, Incorporated, was established in 1946.

It has grown into an international organization of 274 chapters with over 12,000 professional women of color who are proudly Linked in Friendship and Connected in Service to improve lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.
