What a wonderful blessing!!!
I saw Luisa Montalvo compete live on the Toastmaster International stage in Denver in 2019…. She was awarded 🥈

In 2024 she became our World Champion of Public Speaking 🥇🌟🏆
Competing in Philly & we all watched her online at Diane Windingland’s home.

She is with us at District 56 Conference!!
