Many people have forgotten that Martin Luther King Junior was a preacher before he worked tirelessly for civil rights. He wrote sermons that still speak to us today. This Sunday, January 18, at 10:30am, Pastor Steve Babbitt of Spring Valley Community Church of the Nazarene will deliver one of his most challenging sermons: “A Tough Mind and a Tender Heart” based on Matthew 10:16.

We are SO sorry but the Food Bank is temporarily out of food. Thank you for the understanding. We expect a shipment of food from the San Diego Food Bank Monday morning, and should be open again on Tuesday

We just received word that cucumbers received via the Jacobs Cushman San Diego Food Bank and Distributed today at Joseph’s Storehouse have been recalled due to the possibility of contamination with salmonella. If you happened to receive cucumbers today, Monday, December 2, 2024, please discard them immediately, and do not eat them.
