What an incredible two weekends of auditions at Stagehands! ♥️

We were absolutely blown away by the talent, energy, and enthusiasm we saw during auditions! A huge thank-you to everyone who came out, auditioned, supported a friend or family member, and helped make these weekends so much fun.

We’re pleased to announce that the casts are officially set for our December show, featuring “Yeti, It’s Cold Outside” (written by K.S. Roberts) and “Oh, Noisy Night!” (opening skit written by Kyndra Gagne). Directed by Saskia Schroeder and Kyndra Gagne.

Rehearsals are already underway, and we couldn’t be more excited about the talented casts bringing these shows to life! We know audiences are in for a wonderful treat this December. ❄️

Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes glimpses, cast updates, and show information in the coming months!

Showtimes:
December 11-13 & 18-20

In case you missed Folliez last weekend… here are a few fun memories from a fantastic evening! 🤩

What an incredibly talented group of performers from Spring Valley and the surrounding communities. We’re so grateful to everyone who shared their time and talents with us—and to everyone who came out to enjoy the show!

And if you’re wondering why the stage looks a little… ahem… unfinished, there’s a good reason! We’re in the middle of some much-needed upgrades here at Stagehands, including the BIG one: a completely overhauled HVAC system!

We figured the “work in progress” look was pretty fitting for this season at Stagehands. 😉

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We couldn’t do what we do without you! ♥️

We’re kicking off auditions for our December show tonight! Stop by the theatre between 6-8 PM if you’re interested in auditioning for either one. ♥️

❄️ Yeti, it’s Cold Outside: This hilarious play was written by K.S. Roberts. Two clumsy hunters and a stranded, bickering family take refuge in the same mountain cabin on Christmas Eve. Chaos ensues as the hunters search for a mythical beast and the father tries to salvage the holiday.

👉 Looking for:
2-3 adult men
2-3 adult women
1 teenage boy or girl
1 girl (approx. 8-12 years old)
1 Yeti with no lines

🌟 Oh, Noisy Night: It’s an especially noisy night in the little town of Bethlehem. The Innkeeper can’t wait to call it a night, Mary and Joseph desperately need a place to rest, and the animals are dreading the sleepless night they’re no doubt about to have with a newborn human taking over their stable. It’s all feeling very chaotic— until they experience the peace that comes when the Savior is born.

👉 Calling all elementary school-aged kiddos who would enjoy being a part of this funny and heartwarming opening act to “Yeti, it’s Cold Outside”! We are looking for a cast of 7 kids.

Can’t make it tonight? The theatre will be open for auditions again on Monday, Sept 21 from 6-8 AND Saturday, Sept 26th from 10-12.
