Friday at MTC was an absolute BLAST!

A massive thank you to the Monmouth University Graduate Center and their incredible Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy Departments for hosting us. What an unforgettable experience.
Our group got to dive into some seriously cool activities, including:

Yoga Drumming – bringing all the rhythm and good vibes!

Cooking Class, whipping up some delicious skills and treats!

Q&A Session, chatting, learning, and sharing great insights!

We had the best time exploring, connecting, and trying new things. Thank you for having us!

More Than Capable “ Cooking With Joe.”

Rise, shine, and sizzle! This week, our More than Capable cooking class with Joe turned up the heat and mastered the ultimate breakfast lineup!

Participants rolled up their sleeves to flip golden pancakes, crisp up perfect bacon, and ace the art of the fluffy omelette.

After leveling up their kitchen skills, everyone sat down together to share the ultimate reward, a delicious breakfast and amazing socializing with great friends!

More Than Capable. We are proving it every single day. We believe that growth happens when we move, create, and nurture together. Our programs and classes are designed to challenge limits, build deep community connections, and help everyone unlock hidden strengths they didn’t know they had.

No matter what we’re tackling next, we are always jumping in headfirst:
In the Garden: Cultivating patience, learning sustainable skills, and connecting with nature.

At the YMCA: Pushing physical limits, building healthy routines, and staying active together.

In the Drum Circle: Finding our collective rhythm, releasing stress, and making beautiful music.

Every single day brings a fresh opportunity to learn something new, meet incredible people, and take another step forward. We are just getting started!
