t stewardship of our land, our bodies, our spirits, and our intellects. The name true heritage comes from a concept of the Old Testament prophets ( particularly Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Daniel). These prophets remind us that there is a false or subversive heritage, one which is passed on by wrote memory and carrot and stick conditioning--one that lacks any philosophical reflection. They remind us that only those who are willing to reflect on authoritative sources and wrestle with tradition and the traditional idols of the tribe will be able to discover the true heritage in the Logos. The fact that the majority of people seem to be unable to winnow the true heritage from mere tradition is symbolized by the sower icons we use: one in the day and other by moonlight. The two parables of the sower, which Jesus tells us are central to interpreting his words, describe perfectly the existential dilemma at both a memetic and genetic level. These levels transcend those that our leaders traditionally address, resulting in the current absence of multigenerational stewardship.
