UPDATE ON ANNUAL MEETING

Due to the Hawk Fire and the current road and travel conditions in the Reno area, we have decided to postpone tonight’s 6:00 p.m. Greenhorn Road Association Unit 1 Annual Meeting.

With members of our board traveling from Reno, we feel it is better to err on the side of safety rather than ask anyone to travel while conditions remain uncertain.

We will reschedule the annual meeting and send out the new date as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe.

Due to the Hawk Fire, with both our vice president, Darwin, and Rochelle, our bookkeeper being in Reno, we are discussing whether or not to postpone the annual meeting as both I80 and 395 may be closed.

We will reassess the situation in the morning and post a notice at the mailboxes, the fire station and here if we decide NOT to meet Monday 8/24 at 6pm.

Otherwise, see you there!!!
